Collaborative Courts: Effective Strategies Now and for the Future

The CA Association of Collaborative Courts is hosting a two day conference to be held in Sacramento, CA, at the DoubleTree Hotel.  Dr. Doug Marlow will be our plenary speaker forDay One.  Los Angeles County District Attorney, Jackie Lacey, will join us to share the development of innovative programs for the incarcerated mentally ill offenders in Los Angeles.  A panel discussion of the role of treatment courts after the passage of Proposition 47 at a time when Court budgets have been severely cut will conclude the first day.

Sixteen (16) workshop sessions are planned for Day Two. These sessions target Adult, DUIs, Family Dependency, Juveniles, the Mentally Ill, Veterans, and more. An Annual Meeting of the CACC membership will be during the lunch break on Day Two.
